⚖️ Terms of Service (Fatherless Clothing)
By shopping with Fatherless Clothing, you’re agreeing to the rules below. Nothing sneaky, just straight up.
1. Buying from us
- You confirm the info you give us at checkout is real and accurate.
- You pay at checkout. We don’t do IOUs.
- We accept card, Afterpay (from launch), and other payment methods listed at checkout.
2. Products & pricing
- Prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change prices or drop products whenever.
- Colours/sizes may look slightly different in person vs. your screen (blame technology, not us).
3. Shipping
- Orders are shipped within the timeframe stated on each product page.
- We’ll send you tracking once it’s out the door.
- Once it’s with the courier, delays are out of our hands, but we’ll always do what we can to help.
4. Returns
- You can return items within 14 days if they’re unworn and in original condition.
- Return shipping is at your expense (unless we made an error).
- Check our Refund Policy for the full rundown.
5. Liability
- Wear our gear, don’t abuse it. We’re not responsible for damages or misuse after it has been in your possession.
- Site glitches or downtime might happen (we’re human).
6. Updates
- These terms may change. If they do, the latest version will always live here.
